Bacteriostatic Water 10 mL

We offer three different sizes of Bacteriostatic Water: 2.5mL (see more below about this) 10mL, and 30mL

  • 2.5mL: It seems every seller of Bac Water offers 3mL vials. We have NEVER been able to extract exactly 3mL from a vial because the stopper impedes the ability to fill exactly to 3mL. So we are honest - you'll get maybe a smidgen over 2.5mL of solution from the vial. Depending on your research, this may be just the right amount needed. But we feel it's important to be honest.
  • 10mL: For most researchers, this is a nice sweet spot for reconstituting up to 3 vials, or greater dilutions of a single vial.
  • 30mL: For serious researchers, this is the most common quantity to sufficiently reconstitute larger quantities.

It is recommended to discard any unused solution within 30 days of puncturing the seal. Unused and unopened, bacteriostatic water is shelf stable for at least 2 years.
