Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales are Final

Research Use Only peptides are not eligible for returns. All purchases of peptides and bacteriostatic water through Trace ‘Tides are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged through the shipping process, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide the following information: Order number, clear and detailed photos of the damaged items with a description of the problem. If the issue is verified, we may, at our discretion send a replacement for the affected item if shipping protection (insurance) was purchased.

If your order arrives and it is missing items, or you received an incorrect order, contact us within 3 business days with the order number and pictures of the incorrect items sent, or missing items. We take pictures of every order before it is sent with a packing slip to help minimize order errors. If indeed an order is missing an item, or a different item was sent, we will send a choice of a refund or replacement of the missing item.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before making your purchase and checking out.
